Our online notarizations are conducted on Proof (formerly Notarize) — the company that pioneered remote online notarization and whose platform is relied upon by leading title underwriters, lenders, and enterprises. Critically, Proof is the only notary platform that verifies the notary's own identity to the federal NIST IAL2 standard before issuing its secure digital certificates — and our notary has completed that IAL2 identity verification. So the person notarizing your documents has been federally identity-proofed, not merely credentialed. Building on those rails means your signing is handled with bank-grade security, strong identity verification, and a legally recognized electronic notarial record.
Every session includes multi-factor identity verification (government-ID credential analysis and knowledge-based verification), a recorded audio-video notarial session per platform standards, a tamper-evident electronic seal, and a retained, exportable audit trail. Sensitive information is treated with care and minimal retention.
We are a remote-online-notarization practice. Because every signing is conducted online, there is no travel and no territory — a signer in Pensacola is the same service call as one in Miami, and we can accommodate signers located outside Florida and outside the United States who need US documents notarized.
