What can change the price

Our base session price covers the situations platforms handle. These cover the ones they don't — each is quoted to you before we start, never added afterward.

After hours (before 8am / after 6pm ET) — $25
Weekend or federal holiday — $35
Rush, under 4 hours' notice — $25
Each additional party beyond two — $15. This is a coordination and identity-verification service fee for scheduling and verifying an additional party; it is not a notarial act fee.
Each witness we provide — $25. Florida requires two witnesses on powers of attorney and deeds.
International signer — $50
Documents over 40 pages — $25 per additional 40
Re-attempt after a failed identity check — first one free, then $25

Payment

Consumer and one-off sessions are paid by card at booking, so nothing is outstanding when we meet.

Title companies, escrow and settlement agents: book the invoiced option — no card at booking, billed on completion, Net 15.

If identity verification fails and we cannot complete your notarization, you are not billed for the session.
